● Thought leader over strategic operations, including designing, developing, and implementing customer-facing initiatives, operational readiness, and delivery● Developed, managed, and deployed field technology to deliver state-of-the-art telehealth services and point-of-care testing results for COVID-19 screening and testing nationally with over 800,000 telehealth visits and nearly 2M tests, including state reporting and supporting internal and external contract tracing● Developed a Customer Service call center and ramped up a staff of 350+ Healthcare providers and 150 employees nationally

● Managed TPA claims operations for a public entity under contract and was responsible for all lines covering $63M in reserves. Successfully navigated a multi-year renewal, claims handling enhancements, and IT upgrades along with staff training● Designed and implemented revised claims management decision-making, and reduced overall Cost of Risk while increasing customer service● Complete overhaul of vendors and case management to drive improved results and reduce Cost of Risk
