Primary duty is organizing resources to resolve Mechanical Integrity related issues in a project format implementing best industry practices.

• Coordinating equipment and piping inspections for compliance with INVISTA and Governmental Regulations. This includes inspection planning, manpower determination, seeking quotes, initiating requisitions and JSA’s, and.
• Reviewing equipment history to set inspection frequencies from time-based to condition-based.
• Utilizing SAP for equipment notifications and purchase requisitions.
• Defining repair scopes for equipment deficiencies. Tracking status of all recommendations.
• Defining inspection related workflow processes, using Excel to report metrics to Mgmt.

• Primary duties include:
• Building the RBI database by gathering equipment data, field verification of the data and reviewing the inspection history.
• Utilizing the Capstone RBMI software to assess the risk and develop the inspection plans for each piece of equipment.
• Assumed additional responsibility of Project Manager and successfully implemented 2 projects from kick-off to final report.Secondary (fill-in) duties include:
• QA/QC inspection on projects assuring the equipment was installed per Bayer Standards.
• QA/QC inspection at vendor shops to assure equipment is built to Bayer Standards.

Morgan's Point, Texas

• Duties included:
• Inspection of pressure equipment, piping and tanks for provisional maintenance and regulatory requirements.
• Planning and coordinating inspection efforts for Shutdowns and Turnarounds.
• Coordinator for the baseline mechanical integrity programs at (2) manufacturing facilities and (1) storage facility.
• Administrative duties communicating with Technical Services, Maintenance and Operations
• Member of the Central Reliability Group – Think tank to improve the reliability of all equipment at 3 separate sites.

Primarily Gulf Coast Texas

• Inspection of pressure equipment, piping, tanks and structures.
• Damage assessment of equipment after failure.
• Working as liaison between Client and Vendor to expedite repairs, alterations and new installations while ensuring that the Clients’ specifications were met.
• Utilizing computer skills to communicate with other disciplines via spreadsheets, databases, etc,
• Drafting of equipment and piping for aid in reporting and communication.
• Spent approximately (3) years as an NDE Specialist at Exxon, Baytown Refinery during this period.
