Took over a basketball program that had won 5 games combined in the previous two years. We were 11-11 in my first year (2000-2001), 19-3 my second year (2001-2002), 17-6 my third year (2002-2003), and 14-8 my last year (2003-2004). We were ranked #1 in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, #4 in the State of Ohio, and #23 in the USA Today in 2001-2002.
