Lead our Private Bank Introductions workstream - a tactical team of cross-functional professionals from Sales Enablement, Corporate Strategy, Analytics, Finance, and Sales Technology - with a shared goal of guiding high-value relationships from the commercial bank to the private bank.In 2022, our workstream delivered new loans and assets of $750M to the private bank from our commercial bank clients, a 43% increase over prior year, putting us at 103% of our OKR target. Our workstream helped drive the realignment of our commercial bank RMs and Wealth Managers. Released in January – complete with dynamic dashboard reporting, enablement material, and marketing collateral - the alignment has led to a 2.5x increase Y/Y in referrals to the Private Bank. Developed business cases for several high-visibility projects for the private bank – including the funding of $300M in partner lines of credit for a top private equity firm.

Served as the project lead on strategic initiatives that aim to drive growth, deliver efficiencies, and digitally transform the investment services division at MUFG Union BankLed a multidisciplinary team from finance, data insights, and investment operations to develop of a suite of digital, dynamic performance reports refreshed daily in Tableau for our executive leadership team. Pre-initiative, performance reports were delivered monthly via email in excel and PDF form.Managed a cross-functional team from business intelligence, digital marketing, and technical architecture to develop, release, and report on strategic sales leads in Salesforce for our financial advisors. In FY20, this initiative resulted in over 300 incremental appointments and +$30M in new investment AUM.Led both the functional and technical development of an excel-based quarterly scorecard for our investment services executives with the intent of pivoting their focus from strictly revenue-to-goal performance to a host of sales enabling activities. This initiative led to a 3x year-over-year increase in wealth plans and a 15% increase in Managed AUM. Regularly transform data into actionable insights via ad hoc analysis, then develop and lead PowerPoint presentations to C-suite executives with an emphasis on “telling the story” .Received an ‘Exceeds” rating for my performance in FY20.
