Port Clinton Properties, Inc. 2003 - Present, providing real estate holdings and commercial rentals in Ohio. Smart Cutz, Inc. 2011 - Present which is a family hair salon providing hair and nail services. Yard Smart, Inc. 1986-2007 a complete landscape design, installation and maintenance company that also performed snow and ice management that I sold in December 2007. In January of 2008 I developed three new business models which are Smart Scapes Landscaping, Inc. Smart Snow and Ice Mangement Inc. and Mr. Yard, Inc. All three companies are separate business models and work out of the same location providing Landscape Management, Lawncare, Snow and Ice Managment while providing a retail solution for landscape products and supplies to include the sale of mulch, soil, stone, and winter supplies.
