I have worked at the david jones food hall during my time there I started to work my way up and started to become responsible for wastage and orders. I now work at the sage hotel wollongong for almost 2 years, during this time I have work in all the f&b areas being breakfast, dinner restaurant and c&c. During this time I have open and closed areas and managed teams. Did ordering and stocktake set the rooms and also brought processes so that the whole f&b department works together and effectively. I have also be part of rostering and keeping costs in line with bugets for the week and also the month and training new staff that come along.
