Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager of Medicare, I was recruited by the General Manager for my experience as a national Medicare thought leader to support the organization in developing a long-term strategic plan and immediate tactical goals to positively impact the Medicare products operating income and growth. Additionally, I am directly responsible for expanding capabilities and leading strategic direction for the provider innovation, cost of care tactics, Group Medicare business, Medicare age-in strategy, and Dual Eligible and D-SNP products.

Reporting to the National Vice President of Dual Markets, I oversee P & L for over 55,000 Dual eligible Medicare and Medicaid lives in eight states driving $1 Billion in revenue. My responsibilities include internal and external operational management to insure the viability of Dual segments. I have 5 direct reports who are responsible for community development and member retention throughout the state of Illinois. Current strategic plan and tactics include - growth, retention, Stars measurements, member engagement, and provider satisfaction.
