CurrentMachinist• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions andtolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on CNC andManual machines. Proven ability to program, set up, and run CNC Plasma, CNC saw, CNC Press break andBridgeport manual mill.• Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machinecontrols or control media as required.• Verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using standard and precision measuring instruments.Welder:• Utilize grinders or sanders as needed to metal finish parts and or assemblies prior to sandblasting or painting.• Corrects minor defects in partsMaterial Handler:• Receives, records, stores, weighs, counts, packages, and prepares for disbursement, all incoming and outgoingparts and materials that are routed through stocking areas.• Responsible for traceability and documentation of ASME certified material.• Uses a variety of hand trucking and forklift equipment as needed.Sandblaster/Industrial Painter:• Responsible to operate all sandblasting, powder coat and wet paint equipment.• Surface preparation, and masking of equipment prior to blasting and painting.• Responsible for completing routine and preventative maintenance on Paint/Sandblasting equipment.Assembler:• Check stock bins for adequate supplies of subassemblies, parts and fasteners for each particular run.• Complete hose and other small assembly jobs by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts andsubassemblies.• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
