Parsons has provided program management services for the Yanbu Royal Commission since 1976. Parsons' long-term planning, and design and construction oversight, has resulted in a 43-year client relationship and the development of an entire industrial city on the Red Sea. My primary responsibility includes providing oversite and direction of business operations and project execution. This includes establishing program-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objective performance goals for Department Managers and key support staff. Departments include Engineering, Environmental, Project Management, Construction, Quality, Safety, Project Controls and Procurement. I report to and support the Program Manager.The 2019 construction program includes 130 active projects valued at SAR 7.1B ($1.9B). Individual projects range in size and complexity. They include development of residential areas, roads, bridges, medical facilities, high-rise office buildings and a variety of complex industrial infrastructure projects.

Lafayette, Tennessee

I was responsible for engineering, procurement, construction, installation, repair and plant operations. This included program management and oversight of multi-million dollar construction projects. Project funding was provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The project team successfully completed a $49.7M Broadband Initiative Program (BIP) in June of 2015. Following completion of this program, the team successfully executed additional projects in norther Tennessee & southern Kentucky valued at an additional $40M. The BIP Program was completed early and within 0.003% of the budget.

Calgary, Alberta

Provided project & enigneering management services for the Kearl Oil Sands Program in Alberta Canada. The project scope includes engineering management, contract development, procurement, interface management, specification development procurement and expediting services in support of a multi billion dollar oil extraction facility.

Pascagoula, Mississippi

Provided program management services supporting the Northrop Grumman Ship Builders (NGSB) Program -- Provided design, construction and equipment installation for an$80 million shipbuilding facility addition. Engineering was completed and Construction started in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Project funding was provided by the US Navy and the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA).

Greater New Orleans Area

Provided Project & Program Management Services associated with the reconstruction of 19 public schools damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Repair priorities were established based on the Owner’s occupancy plan. Procurement and reconstruction efforts were expedited to ensure that schools were opened on schedule and within the established budget. Each school was completed on time or early.

United States

Delivered Project & Program Management services in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic Areas of the United States. Projects included corporate building renovation, airport security construction, Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) design & construction and a wide range of individual project work.
