Working for GSA as the Building Manager of the George H. Fallon Federal Office Building my responsibilities include, but not limited to electrical and general construction design, construction project management and contract administration. As the Building Manager, I see to the daily operations of the building systems, Interface with the building O&M contractor, Monitor building security by working hand and hand with the Department of Homeland Security Federal Protection Service, as well as address all of my building tenants needs. I also provide the electrical & general construction design as well as construction project management for all of the United States Federal Buildings within the Baltimore Area. Some of my tenants include, but limited to are The United States Marshal Service, United States District Court, United States Court of Appeals, United States Bankruptcy Court, Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, The Immigration Courts, Internal Revenue Service, United States Attorneys, United States Coast Guard Attorneys, Department of Transportation, and the Veterans Administration, The Veterans Administration Office of Inspector General, The Federal Executive Board, and The Railroad Retirement Board.
