I spent nearly three decades in the Royal Ulster Constabulary and retired from that occupation in 2001. Within two weeks I had joined National Car Parks dealing with all aspects of off street parking managing a variety of sites including three Multi Storey car parks, two in Central Belfast and one in a Provincial Town. NCP emerged into the NSL Services group and I set up a vehicle removal and clamping operation before moving in 2007 to my present role of managing three Rural Divisions of traffic attendants. Each day has it's share of new challenges either related to the management of staff who carry out a difficult task or meeting the demands of both the Client and members of the general public.
