Provide the leadership and vision necessary for sound management of the day-to-day operations of the WVU Innovation Corporation site. Responsible for the performance and functions that include; fostering a positive work environment through effective liaising with site tenants, providing financial oversight of applicable budgets to promote profitability, evaluating overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics, providing oversight of third-party contract management, site security, warehousing, facility room/office rentals, winter and summer maintenance, and guidance as it relates to information technology. Additionally responsible for operational oversight of the Peak Health facility.

Responsible for the overall security of the WVU Innovation Corporation site. Other additional duties include oversight of warehouses, dock spaces, associated budgets, and management of tenant needs.

Responsible for providing all encompassing security oversight of the WVU Innovation Corporation facility.

Responsible for assisting with the Information Security Policies for First United Bank & Trust. Duties included providing assistance with management of cybersecurity initiatives, assessing information security risks, maintaining a working knowledge of FFIEC Examination Handbooks and maintaining the Bank’s overall Disaster Recovery/Incident Response Plan.

Direct, manage and lead security operations and functions for over 50 Viatris manufacturing, research & development, administrative offices, and warehouse facilities in North America and Europe

- To provide leadership, organization, and management of all physical security operations for the Mylan manufacturing, administration, and research facilities throughout Morgantown, WV.

Numerous leadership positions in the Security Forces and Command & Control career fields across the globe. Duties and responsibilities encompassed various roles including personnel security, law enforcement, aircraft and missile security, to include Air Force One, and numerous staff positions. My career culminated in Superintendent roles providing oversight of two installation Command Posts.
