Support Technician
Current- Provide daily support for electronic access control systems, both offline and online solutions, managing fast-paced case loads
- Project Management - Responsible for monitoring the work of outside vendors, including hardware installers, technicians, and other contracted third parties.
- Database Integration and Maintenance- Assisted in regular maintenance of MS SQL databases and the interface with outside data sources
- Software Installation - Executed new project software installations including both online and offline platforms. Coordinated software upgrades and service release updates
- Conducted on-site training on keycard systems and electronic access control systems
- Working knowledge of numerous IP locking systems and related components as well as many offline locking systems
