Provided staffing and costing estimates for both phases and attended several strategy sessions between HP and the customer. The solution covered technologies for Business Process Management and Business Activity Monitoring to develop dashboards and alerts using key metrics and key performance indicators defined by HP and the customer as well as an Operational Data Store used for dashboards and reporting. Assisted in discussions regarding the customer pricing engine, Networx, for understanding how claim data is needed for pricing and the use of MQ series messaging.Technical Lead for Oklahoma State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board for Data & Reporting effort. Our solution incorporated the MetaVance Operational Data Store utilizing three of the five Subject Area Universes via BusinessObjects report development. Managed a team of four to analyze, define and produce new customer operational reporting for Claims, Membership and Provider using BusinessObjects Desktop Intelligence and Universe Designer. Developed a strategy to accommodate the timely production of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual reporting via an automated schedule. Supported the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan team for Correspondence Generator and various other subsystems within the MetaVance solution. Provided guidance to customer regarding the Correspondence process and it would fit into existing customers architecture.
