Created the technical support for an international transport helicopter for departments of defense (DoD) in Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, Greece, Norway, Finland, Portugal, Oman, Australia, and New Zealand.After spending many years outside of Germany, working for 30 years in the aviation engineering industry, and having had the opportunity to work with many different groups of people from all backgrounds and cultures, I have developed, in addition to my original passion for aeronautics, a passion for international working together as well. The following observations I was able to do:-to work with extraordinary results, a good team is necessary;-this team best consist of people with different backgrounds and talents, age, gender, language, and nationality...-there is no such thing as a generic group, there are only individuals. And everywhere on this planet you can - and will! - find very, very nice, good and decent folk, as well as people whom you would have been better off never having met at all.
