I am currently a development partner at Dimension Development. I am proficient in identifying and acquiring sites with strong real estate fundamentals that offer high volume opportunities in high income locations. Thanks to extensive research, abundant contacts and persistence, I am able to find properties in ideal locations before they are listed. Prior to joining the Dimension Development, I served as director of leasing for Leon Capital Group, based in Dallas. In this position, I handled all leasing activities for the firm’s nationwide asset portfolio and built many tenant relationships. I have extensive experience acquiring assets for development or redevelopment, forming an investment thesis and implementing the plan to add value to the asset. Earlier in my career, I worked for United Commercial Realty, a Dallas retail brokerage firm, where I managed land disposition for a six-state territory for Lowe’s Home Improvement, as well as representing multiple national retailers and facilitating their expansion throughout North Texas.
