AidaPak Services is a custom pharmaceutical repackager, headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, and serving hospitals, medical clinics and long-term health care facilities in the Western United States.

Responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing of multi-vitamin gelatin, pectin, and starch based supplements for kids and adults.Successes include:* Designed and subsequently guided construction and startup of a second world class manufacturing facility now in full production. * Guided the startup of the companies first manufacturing plant from initial test batches to a 4 shift operation, producing 90,000 lbs of supplements per day.Successfully completed projects to:Achieve 98% efficiency in loading limited dry room capacity.Conveyorized product movement within the plant in a GMP compliant and safe manner.Staffed and trained additional personnel to work the plant, and prepare for future expansion.Created a preventive maintenance program from the ground upOversaw the creation of SOP*s for all aspects of the operation.
