Robert provided LVC technical program and project management of over 3 million dollars’ worth of information technology supporting the MEB LSE 14 LVC integration. Robert initiated concept development in late 2013 paving the way for a proof of concept in support of I MEF in early 2014 spearheading robust research and development (R&D) and engineering effort paving the road ahead for future training systems integration capabilities.
