• Responsible for supervising operations, morale, welfare, discipline, training and performance of over 74 Marines operating throughout Multi-National Forces West (MNF-W) Area of Operations (AO) at the Direct Air Support Center (DASC), 2 Air Support Liaison Teams (ASLT), and 1 Air Support Element (ASE).• Responsible for supervising, prioritizing, tracking, and ensuring the maintenance of over 100 pieces of communications and utilities equipment for MASS 3 throughout MNF-W.• Manage and coordinate tactical communication for MASS 3 throughout MNF-W.• Responsible for supervising the operational flow, prioritization, and dissemination of all information received from all ground units and aviation assets within the DASC.

• Command a Marine Security Guard Detachment that provides for the armed internal security of the United States Embassy, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.• Publish written directives for daily functioning of the detachment to include operational plans that provide for the internal security of selected Department of the State Foreign Service posts.• Responsible for the budget planning and audits of all detachment funds.• Perform additional duties of Career Planner, Voting Officer, Emergency Action Committee member, Urinalysis Testing Coordinator, and Range/Unit Safety Officer.
