CurrentI currently work as Director of Operations for Western Canada. A Distribution Professional with 28 years of experience in the Health Care industry and 35 years in Distribution. Leveraging Operational Excellence to develop people, improve quality, drive operational efficiencies, and reduce cost to the business. I have Lean Six Sigma work experience, participated on several projects since 2007 and certified as a Lean Leader. I have worked in collaboration with business technology through WMS implementations.My focus is developing and protecting the people that work at Cardinal Health, who service our patients in need of essential care. I bring a sense of optimism, enthusiasm, and have a disciplined approach with my commitment to excellence. Developing strong relationships at all levels based on mutual respect, integrity & teamwork to drive performance & cultural transformations. My objective is to create a work environment where people feel safe and look forward to making a contribution every day. My goal is to develop and foster a self-directed workforce in Western Canada, putting the power in our people’s hands to increase confidence, learn new skills, and contribute to the journey of change.
