"After graduation from high school, Robert began his distinguished career in the Navy where he held numerous leadership positions . At the age of 29 Robert joined his current employer where he was heavily recruited and hired as one of the company’s youngest Superintendent in their 22 years of business at that time. Mr. Sparacino has over 27 years in the construction industry and has worked the last 23 years as a Superintendent for one of the top General Contractors in the nation. Over his career, Robert has been responsible for preconstruction services including procurement of materials, value engineering and design review, estimating, project scheduling, subcontractor bid qualification as well as man-power loading, schedule development and resource forecasting. Robert is highly regarded for having a unique ability to lead people and project teams under demanding and stressful situations. As a Senior Superintendent, Robert serves as the primary representative and authority for his company on-site and his day-to-day responsibilities include managing subcontractors, client’s vendors, and safety of all personnel on site, coordinating inspections with local governing bodies, interviewing, hiring, and training employees".
