I currently own and operate Nerdy By Design, an IT and marketing company. With over 10 years of experience within the tech industry, I've been able to use my knowledge to grow a business that covers a wide range of technical services. I'm a firm believer in honesty and being aware of your own capabilities/shortcomings. Previously, I worked at Deaf Action Center where I was hired on as a Systems Administrator to set up and maintain a Cisco based video conferencing equipment for remote ASL interpreting under a federal grant. Hardware Repair, SIP Trunking, and Network Analysis were the type of tasks I performed regularly. This was one of my favorite jobs to date as my coworkers and I got along very well. After the grant period ended, I decided to start Nerdy By Design and help out more than one local business at a time.I'd say one of my best traits is my analytical tendency. Coming across problems and figuring out a way to solve them is one of the driving forces in my life. Couple that with my previous experiences and I feel right at home in the tech industry.
