Hello, my name is Robert Speer. I am a native of Kansas. I have lived all over the world and currently reside in Texas.I joined the military as a young man with the idea of learning a skill set and gain my independence. I have proudly served more than 37 years in 3 branches of the military.While in the military, I earned my associate’s degree in criminal justice, with my goal to earn my bachelor’s degree. I currently hold an active top secret security clearance. I have attended multiple basic and advanced law enforcement courses and have received certificates for each course.I am a goal oriented team player who can think outside of the box. I look forward to challenges and resolving problems. I have exceptional project management experience dealing with diverse cultures in meeting operational timelines.
