I was invited by the Government to try to save this business. I arranged venture capital backing, introduced just in in time manufacturing it was the first Irish Engineering Company to achieve ISO 9000 and I returned the business to profitability and it was sold at a profit for all investors. Even the late Albert Reynolds, himself a businessman, the former Prime minister of Ireland assisted in ensuring the rescue of this business.
