Manage a project portfolio of 15-40 projects involving IT security, networking(wired and wireless), data center and Cisco UC.Responsible for driving project and portfolio success: Maintaining high customer satisfaction while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.Direct and coordinate all activities of project personnel and shared corporate resources to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Follow the NWN Project Management delivery methodology including but not limited to:Facilitate project kickoff meetings.Develop and maintain detailed project plans.Monitor, measure, and report on project progress to management and clients.Coordinate development and approval of the business and technical requirements documentation, client deliverables, and project artifacts.Managing risk and change in scope via Project PCR.Conduct Post Project Reviews and formal closure all engagements.

The Technology Committee is an advisory committee to the Board of Selectmen. The mission is to assess the current technology of the Town and research both currently available and evolving technology that the Town can leverage and plan for. Duties include reviewing budget items and assisting in prioritizing for current and future plans, researching ideas for future implementations and providing feedback on upcoming projects.

The Town of Enfield, with a population of 46,000 residents, employs 1500 Staff and provides education to 6000 students. The Information Technology Department supports and maintains the Town of Enfield, Town of Enfield Public Safety entities and Enfield Public Schools. All of which have a large variation of needs. Work with a staff of 16 to manage tasks and bring projects to completion on time and within budget with full customer satisfaction. Maintain a project information system and SharePoint collaboration site for complete documentation of all project information. Application implementations including Office365, Munis Financials, Munis Work Orders, Munis Human Resoures and Payroll, ViewPermit, ViewNForce, Fuelmaster, Heartbeat Computer Aided Dispatch, CTChiefs Records Management and eSchool. Hardware and Infrastructure implementations including Hyper-V servers, Fiber Wide Area Network, Extreme switches, routers, access points and central management appliances. Working with Staff and communicating with Stakeholders to make transitions seamless and successful. Skilled with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects and the use of powershell for management of onsite and cloud resources. Continued management of the Town of Enfield GIS infrastructure and the processes involved in maintaining and improving the system.

Project Management of Geographic Information System(GIS) development for the Town of Enfield. Work with various geographic data with AutoCAD and ArcGIS products to create an all inclusive database of geographic data. Data was acquired through past years' aerial flyover and planimetric data and also newly acquired orthophotography and additional updated planimetric data. The initiative to make a central location for data management and a website for unlimited access were to allow Staff and external participants to have direct access to government information easily. Websites included viewers for parcels, parks, sewers, voting districts and census data.

Support for various Windows Operating Systems on a Windows network. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with eMacs and Windows devices. Communicate with Staff to provide a high level of customer service. Learn and Support a large number of applications throughout the Town for various functions.
