The setting up and maintainance of all aspects of static data (Account and whole spectrum of assets - Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives etc.). Setting up & maintainance of asset data for the purpose of automated trade processing. Project work such as the setting up & maintainance of asset data on a seperate database for automated investment & borrowing checks. Answering other asset related ad hoc queries such as lot sizes, market of dealing etc.

The monthly reconciliation of Fund valuation packs for a number of clients. Monthly investment & borrowing checks. The recording and resolution of any breaches found by either the Trustee or Fund Manager/Administrator. Proof reading of Management Account & Reports. The validation & payment of fees met by the Funds and the validation and payment of all Income distribution monies.
