Lower School Administration Team Member: working as a collaborative administrative team, we six members jointly lead and develop our 480 students, faculty of 65, and academic program. During the past four years, we have been transitioning from the traditional “siloed” teacher-centered classroom model to a fully collaborative and interactive teaching/learning model: initiatives include: launching Design Thinking, integrating 1:1 MAC technology, adopting a fully-differentiated reading/writing program, migrating to Singapore Math, refining Project Based Learning, broadening and aligning social-emotional learning curriculum, reinforcing diversity and inclusion through affinity group work, introducing Reggio philosophy to PF and 1st grade classrooms, and migrating to an Orton-Gillingham word study.
