The group is involved in the air-transport of passengers and cargo business sector. The local companies report to the German parent company. The local subsidiaries are involved in financing activities and aircraft leasing. These two companies are owned by a local holding company which reports to the German parent company. We prepare the financial statements of the pension investment companies of the group companies.My main duties include the preparation of the monthly/quarterly financial reporting These have to report on monthly basis to the German parent company. I am also involved in the preparation of the quarterly financial reporting of the Malta Pension Investments. Other duties include responsibility of the accounts department, budget comparatives, periodical vat return submissions, NSO reporting, liaising with external and internal auditors, and implementation and maintenance of internal control procedures. I were also involved in the implementation and setup of the SAP accounting system.
