Responsible for all technical operations in and around the resort as well as efficient planning of all engineering and maintenance activities of the technical departments. The technical department is made up of dedicated teams for the following trades – plant, electrical & plumbing, carpentry & uPVC apertures, masonry / tiling / plastering & painting, air conditioning & refrigeration, general maintenance, and vehicle mechanic.Support the diagnoses and repairs and maintenance of malfunctioning systems and equipment such as water pumps, distribution pipework, firefighting and detection systems, sewage treatment plants, R.O. systems, hot water systems, motor control centres, electrical substations & switchgear, swimming pool equipment, standby generators, elevators, and catering & domestic appliances.

Team Leader, managing assigned projects and taking responsibility for labour, resources and productivity - schedule M&E project activities and monitor performance standards in terms of timeliness and quality - control budgets and manage resources accordingly - review onsite health & safety protocol and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations - work closely with the Design Office on M&E drawings and material procurement - coordinate subcontractor work and provide support and technical guidance to team members as needed

Managing an 80 strong electrical workforce.Technical liaison with the client’s MEP department, project manager and consulting engineer.Responsible of the electrical design office and the production of electrical drawings as well as the procurement of material and equipment.
