Responsible for finishing off the $125M Campaign for Boalt Hall. Instituted a three year development plan with goals and metrics. Exceeded the first year goal by $1.2M with a 50% reduced staff. Goal for year two was $15M; goal for year three (2013) was $20M. Finished the Campaign for Boalt Hall on 12/31/3013 at $131M. Asked to stay on by Interim Dean Gillian Lester. Goal for first six months of FY2014 was $6M in a non-campaign year. We closed FY 2014 at $11M; CY $22M. Closed a $4M gift to launch a new Environmental Law Clinic in November of 2014. In November 2014 UC Berkeley launched a one day donation campaign called the Big Give. Berkeley Law (a graduate school only) came in first having raised over $2M and was awarded by the University an additional $17,000.

Helped raise $3M during my first year for the Mike Heyman Project in addition to soliciting 200 major donors in my portfolio. Finished up $125M campaign with a total raised: $131M. My staff is responsible for raising $22M in CY2014; $11M in FY2014. Closed a $4M gift from a non-Berkeley Law donor.

Work with team to attract major gifts to the Boalt Hall School of Law. Berkeley Law is currently ranked #6 law school in the United States. Our student to faculty ratio is 12.3 with an 11% admission rate.State funding for the University of California is at an all time low (currently 25%). We have very involved loyal alumni who have stepped up to the plate and helped their law school in these difficult times

First CEO brought into the organization from the for profit world. Involved with rebranding the organizaion and clairfication of mission and vision statements. Oversaw the growth of the HELIOS software adoption by Oxfam and World Vision, the transfer of NEPARC to a self governing organization, administered by the African Red Cross Societies, increase adoption of the Fritz logistics certification program, the completion of the standards phase for the BayPrep program in San Francisco. Strengthened governance compliance within the organization. Worked with Chairman to expand the board and attact new funding from individuals, corporations and foundations.

Basically was the COO for the agency. Managed account services and was in charge of new business.
