13 years’ overall experience leading the MTT which provides DLO training at AF-DCGS sites allowing for rapid dissemination of intelligence information to the warfighter via Link 16. Currently on task to both ACC and the 480 ISRW to support data link operations training across the AF-DCGS enterprise to include 16-20 trips per year to customer sites to deliver both fundamental and advanced data link operations training. With the transition of data link operations in the analysis exploitation teams (AETs) at all the DGS sites, this training helps support and meet the 480 ISRW/CC’s high priority item of data link operations across the enterprise to support Sensor to Shooter initiatives. As in the past, I continue to develop, update and tailor training to meet the individual needs of not only each specific each unit but also each Airmen.

Lead project manager for all systems and initiatives within the 616 OC/ISRD JICC. Lead a team of seven system administrators, programmers and engineers that enable NAF-level Air Domain Awareness (ADA) for subordinate and peer units through system development and sustainment. This allows the operations team to provide continuous data link operations, interface control functions, and intelligence support functions supporting 24 x 7 global situational awareness via intelligence integration and dissemination.

Provides DLO training and network support to Nellis exercise participants in order to meet USAF Warfare Center requirements of distribution of ISR data onto tactical data links (TDL). Works with Integrated Tactics Assessment System (ITAS) program office to integrate ISR and TDL information into their 3D visualization tool to meet General Officer (GO) and senior level requirements to display live data, replay missions and debrief after Nellis range events.

Over the course of a 14 month period from 2017-18, personally provided training at 24 customer sites training 200 total students. Provided, over a ten-year average, 12 training classes per year at customer sites. Provided a comprehensive 6-month data link operations assessment of the AF-DCGS enterprise to the 480 ISRW with recommendations for DOTMILPF-P type changes allowing for data link operations improvement across the enterprise.

Led team conducting digital integration and engineering support of Air Force initiatives that enabled and enhanced NTI operations with capabilities including integration, testing, training, and TTP development of C2&ISR CTL and TDL systems for ACC, the USAF Warfare Center and 25th Air Force. Provide SME experience to multiple OSD-sponsored joint and quick reaction tests based at Nellis AFB and beyond. In preparation for joint-level JITC testing, participated in USAF service-level testing for MIL-STD-6016 and 6020 compliance for AF-DCGS tactical data link system - MSCS.

Led cross-domain systems integration effort at five worldwide sites delivering validated sources, controls, and mechanisms to the warfighting community to include plans and actions for installation, accreditation, training, and sustainment for the HAF/A2 signed implementation plan for the JINDI gateway. The JINDI gateway consists of a MSCS and Radiant Mercury, cross domain solution. Collaborated on numerous efforts to transition new, unique, validated intelligence sources to the tactical warfighter via multiple cross-domain architecture methods to include via the JINDI gateway. Led multiple major version upgrades and periodic operator training regularly at all sites.

Responsible for developing test plans for 25th Air Force tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) analysis. Collected and analyzed data to evaluate operational difficulties and made recommendations to solve problems. Worked directly with operations managers, prepared briefings, BBPs, endorsements, technical memorandums and programmatic materials for senior level decision-makers concerning multi-million dollar test and evaluation program and TTPs to transmit sensitive information directly to the cockpit.

Developed the complete Air Force DLO MTT training program to be trained at each of the either Air Force and National Gaurd DCGS core sites yearly.

Worked on a team of multiple data analysts that planned, collected, managed, warehoused, stored and automated data analysis efforts for Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) test and training exercises for OSD-Chartered JDICE Project and OSD-Chartered quick reaction tests (QRT) - to include Joint Datalink Information Combat Execution (JDICE), Joint Integration for Maritime Interdiction (JIMI) and Joint Integration for Nationally Derived Information (JINDI).

Responsible for maintaining the F-22A instrumentation systems as part of the final operational test and evaluation (FOT&E) at Nellis AFB. The system consisted of the Instrumentation Data Acquisition Package (IDAP) and the Air-to-Air Range Instrumentation (AARI) pallet. Performed complete data system functional tests, cockpit integrity checks between the IDAP and AARI pallet, pre-mission installation and post-mission download of Solid State Recorders (SSR), minor repair of test assets and uploading and downloading of the IDAP.
