Serve as legal counsel for Medicare, and the Federal Employee Health Benefit Program. Duties include contracting; risk identification/mitigation; policy drafting; procurement oversight, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, dispute resolution, and litigation.

Served as Deputy Attorney General. Provided legal advice/guidance to legislative and executive branch officials, defended the State of Indiana in civil cases (state and federal), and provided litigation support in high-profile matters.
