Manage all facets of the ISO program for the terminal. Input all training records from operations into Compliance Wire to include curriculums, sign-off sheets, and certifications of understanding. Input of ISO procedures, forms, and work instructions into SharePoint. Train and assist management personnel in the review and approval process of ISO documents. Identify areas of potential noncompliance with ISO procedures and steward the resolution of deficiencies. Creation of video curriculums for all operational divisions, EHS&S and security to be included in CBTs. Liaison to all divisions of operations to develop a process to tracking pending regulatory and non-regulatory training. Assist in external and internal ISO and Customer audit preparation. Perform other duties as needed to maintain compliance with the quality management system.

In charge of security operations for the facility. Administrative aspects include: generating the schedule for roundsman and gate guards, maintaining overtime hours, review employee shift paperwork, supervise all security employees on-shift, actively perform quality control on all sign-ins to the facility. Manage the departments budget as well as placing orders for supplies and equipment. Maintain security vehicles and equipment. Generate training schedules for new hires. Actively train new hires and keep track of their progress. Assist in performing drills and exercises for the department. Perform tours of the facility which includes checking the perimeter fence, cctv system, security signage, perform threat assessments, and check-in on security employees. Actively participate in department meetings and prioritizing security needs each day for various projects, special operations, etc. Assist the department manager in writing employee reviews. Meeting one on one with employees to see how they are doing and if they have any suggestions. Active participant in company safety program. Act on the behalf of the department manager and FSO.
