 Establish cradle to grave PSM required documentation within a 0 threshold quantity chemical production industry including but not limited to,o PHA, PSI, PSSR, JSA, MOC, Process Mapping,  Establish Process FMEA to determine critical production steps and incorporate engineering controls and internal quality testing, in an effort to fault proof a critical safety device used by the united states navy Use Failure Analysis methods to identify and troubleshoot production and process critical unit operations including but not limited to,o Fault tree, Fishbone, 5 whys, FMEA, DMAIC, Pareto Charting Establish internal quality checkpoints to assure end item user specification compliance, using SPC, CCCP, Cpk, etc Establish Process Control Requirements, including Process Mapping, Safe Work Instruction Writing and Implementation, Process/Material Flow Management, SOP drafting to support information flow and control Establish laboratory testing procedures for wet chemistry analysis techniques to ensure initial raw material criteria as well as internal and end item product quality Establish laboratory testing procedures for analytical instrumentation techniques to ensure initial raw material criteria as well as internal and end item product quality for the below instrumentationo DSC, Bomb Calorimeter, Particle Size Analyzer Manage four quality technicians through quality testing, internal and external performance FAT/LAT
