Robert J. Stalzer is from Long Island, NY re-joined the Eau Resort & Spa in May 2017 as a Tennis Pro.Most recently, he was a Sales Rep Athlete & Lead/Manager with the Nike Factory Store in West Palm Beach.Robert is a certified USPTR professional and a member of the USTA (United States Tennis Association).Only picking up his first racquet at age 13, Robert played singles and doubles at St. Mary’s High School in Manhasset, LI, as well at Hofstra University (Div 1 tennis).Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Finance and a minor in Political Science. Fluent in the German language.After graduating from university, Robert spent the next 10 years working in the banking industry with Deutsche Bank and mostly with Goldman Sachs in Zürich, Switzerland.In 2004, he relocated to West Palm Beach, FL after graduating from culinary school in NY. Robert cooked for Daniel Boulud at Daniel in NYC and Cafe Boulud in Palm Beach, FL.While in college, he helped run an indoor tennis facility in LI and gave private and group lessons. Robert was also a chair and line umpire for the USTA working from local junior/grassroots tournaments in FLto professional tournaments around the world, including the Miami Open in Key Biscayne, Delray Beach Open, the US Open and the French Open. Robert has also coached a ladies tennis team at Phipp’s Ocean Park for a number of seasons.

Promoted to Lead from Full-Time to manage and monitor sales, inventory and merchandising. Held morning meetings daily and reviewed store results with team. Resolved customer issues and maintained customer satisfaction. Coached and led a staff of 10 to 70.Assisted in growth of store by $1M+ from previous year; customers came from as far as Miami.
