-Project Coordinator of 4 Phase LAN Upgrade project to replace 1200 Cisco Switches and 700 APC UPS units worth more than $6 million across 255 sites both CONUS and OCONUS to allow 10GB uplinks while increasing security with updated operating systems and proper configurations.-Conducted pilot site installations for all 4 phases by working with LAN Team and on site personnel at 5 district sites providing excellent customer service and hands on knowledge of the equipment to write and update technical documentation.-Plan and coordinate IT systems for office relocations to include networking equipment, cloud storage hardware, server hardware, and voice communications equipment resulting in 2 office relocations completed in time required and 1 new site activated to expand district operations.-Coordinated with IT engineering to create a server upgrade schedule of 235 sites, find NOC personnel resources to participate in the configuration parts of the project, and help senior virtualization technician schedule resources for site upgrades resulting in a manageable schedule and no site upgrades missed due to personnel not available.-Developed project requirements and milestones, and controls resources and assumes scope of responsibility for completion of assigned projects
