Led a team of professionals in the planning, sale, and execution of more than 50 IT projects totaling over $20 Million in revenue for a major U.S. Fashion and Apparel retailer. These projects included Network, Wintel, Database, Storage & Backup, Support Desk, Retail IT operations, Enterprise Integration, Application Development/Management, and End-User services.Managed Capgemini’s relationship with a major Fashion and Apparel client and worked with its leadership team to align IT services with business initiatives. Provided overall Account Management and Service Delivery oversight to a team of 10+ onsite consultants and 40+ offshore consultants delivering IT services to the client.Performed a detailed evaluation of over 150 potential sales prospects and assisted in the creation of a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new customers.

Graduate Assistantship, Department of Management and Organization: Co-developed and administered an online survey in order to analyze major trends in a corporate client’s business networks, in conjunction with University of Maryland PhD students. Personally created over 500 separate diagrams and graphs to show how different individuals, sites, and regions within the company interacted with each other. Graduate Assistantship, Center for Leadership, Innovation, and Change (CLIC): Administered the CLIC’s websites and handled various marketing duties for the Center’s programs and events.

Provided personalized and comprehensive customer support for important BD Biosciences customers, working in conjunction with the sales force. Resolved order issues, arranged shipping, created quotes, and provided technical support for customer accounts. Several large pharmaceutical companies credited BD Biosciences' timely and in-depth customer support with their decision to place major orders with the company. Spearheaded a cross-functional team in the development and sale of custom orders totaling over $1M. Developed seven official protocols for customer support personnel at BD Biosciences' Woburn production facility, resulting in shorter training periods for new hires and a reduced rate of order errors. Presented monthly analysis reports to management on sales and order resolution problems, resulting in discovery and resolution of several order processing issues in the customer support and shipping departments. Received the 'Above and Beyond the Call of Duty' award in 2011 as recognition for assisting BD Biosciences customers with a variety of complex orders.

Ensured that the store maintained proper quality assurance standards by checking the serving temperature and sanitary condition of food and drink products.Served drinks and tendered transactions for store customers. Outperformed all other store employees in the 2009 company-wide initiative to sign up regular customers for Starbucks Gold cards.

Researched the growth and behavior of NIH-3T3 cancer cells in a variety of three dimensional polymer matrices. Presented the results of the study to lab faculty and received a positive response. The study was later used as a reference for continued experiments into the three-dimensional growth of cancer cells.Established an improved system for the storage and organization of chemical safety information in the lab. Maintained workplace safety standards through the sterilization and calibration of lab equipment.

Was part of a group of students sent by Worcester Polytechnic Institute to study galleries at the British Museum. The study was successfully used by the museum to help determine how galleries could be made more family-friendly.

Helped maintain lab, prepare aliquots, and performed simple tissue culture experiments. Made sure lab was safe and up to code by maintaining MSDS forms, sterilizing lab equipment, and disposing of hazardous waste.
