Also acting as team leader on a regular basis looking after a large team of staff.Previous roles within Nat West include:Managers Assistant which involved challenging sales targets as well as looking after a large portfolio of customers and ensuring all their financial needs were met.Care Team Officer. I was a founding member of Nat West’s first Care Team. My role was to deal with customer concerns and ensure they reached a satisfactory conclusion for the customer within timescales governed by the Financial Services Authority.Customer Service Officer. Dealing with the customer’s everyday needs from paying a bill to sending money overseas in a very busy telephony centre. Also adhering to challenging sales targets.

Customer service & sales, dealing in all electrical items. Primarily a sales role with demanding targets for product sales whilst providing excellent customer service. Also dealt with restocking the warehouse and mapping delivery routes in an efficient manner for the delivery drivers.
