In this, I quickly learned the necessity of helping others and the importance of good customer service. The time I spent in the hospitality sectors of the restaurant and retail service industries allowed me to hone this passion for training, mentoring, and helping others to better their own lives personally and professionally. I make it my purpose in my personal and professional life to helping others succeed. Because when others succeed, companies succeed, and when companies succeed, I succeed.Almost a decade ago, the opportunity presented itself to get into the brokerage side of the trucking industry. It’s where I learned the basics of trucking and started to develop some relationships. After only a year, I moved into the operations side of trucking as a Driver Manager. This position fostered my passion for helping others, allowing it to grow. I was able to use my problem-solving skills along with my training and mentoring abilities to help drivers and contractors find solutions to the obstacles that hindered the full potential of their earnings. As my career grew, I was able to help other Driver Managers and others to hone their skills and become better at what they do.
