Owner of the current and future investment fund propositions (internal and external funds) that are delivered to customers via all sales channels including intermediated sales, direct and through Lloyds Banking Group retail network. Ensuring investment propositions are competitive and positioned to maximise volume and value objectives in line with the overall proposition strategy.Key responsabilities 1. Own, develop manage and maintain the investment fund proposition strategy across all product wrappers and sales channels including interlocking with Channal Marketing teams (CMTs) and sales channels during planning cycles.2. Lead implementation of all aspects of development programme in relation to funds.3. Own the relationship and act as key interface with CMTs for creation of future propositions.4. Drive channel (sales and campaign) activity in support of funds.5. Lead creation and maintainance of market position to enable area to adequately inform the business of its fund proposition position within identified markets.6. Create and maintain the strategic development plan for funds feeding into annual plans.7. Own marketing support relationships with SWIP and external fund managers. Own all aspects of relationships with managers and external fund links.8. Lead fee negotiation with fund management suppliersLead relationship management with fund operations, governance and finance.9. Full member of the Lloyds Banking Group Unit Linked Investment Management committee for selection, governance and deselection of investment funds. Memebr of the IMOR operational commitee and Chairman of the IMMSG Committee10. Lead motivate and develop the investment marketing teams.
