Over 40 years of diversified experience in the environmental field, serving as a regulator, consultant and as an industrial representative in both a project management and program management capacity and in acquisition and divestiture. Responded to over 50 transportation-related hazardous materials incidents. Directed site remediation activities on over 200 sites with contract values in excess of $15 million. Directed site remediation activities on a GO-CO site to remove active chemical warfare material. Conducted over 3,000 environmental assessments on sites throughout the U.S. ranging from green fields development to industrial environmental compliance. He has worked on numerous legal projects serving as a background non-testifying expert, a testifying expert and a fact witness on environmental investigations including fate/transport of environmental contaminants as well as Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. He has been utilized in several litigation disputes as an expert on the Phase I ESA process. A founding member of the Florida Environmental Assessors Association and has taught Phase I & Phase II certification classes in Florida since 1993. He is a Licensed Environmental Professional, a Registered Environmental Manager and a Certified Environmental Trainer. Teaches environmental certification courses nationally for the National Registry of Environmental Professionals and for the International Society of Technical & Environmental Professionals.
