Working out of our Austin office I'm currently responsible for helping to improve our experienced software engineering hiring pipeline. I identify which teams need growth, help with co-op/intern hiring goals and find the best possible talent to enable teams to actively meet their goal. Working with our recruiting team and managers to identify internship and full time growth goals for the year across offices and teams. I mentor our newest cross-functional teams at the company and see them develop and deploy new features to our customers.Most recently I've started to generate internal tooling to help manage our growing software organization to enable our leaders to have the data they need to make quick, accurate decisions.

After moving to Austin TX in 2018 (post the acquisition of Ketra by Lutron), I worked with the team across our offices to integrate existing Ketra products with our Homeworks QS lighting system. Then I co-lead the team to developer and ship our next generation lighting system (Ketra with Clear Connect X). After this I worked with our recruiters to build the first cross-functional software development team in our Austin office. By the end of 2022 we had grown the office over 10x in terms of developers, started one team with mobile app, processor and desktop application developers, and now starting to grow more teams. By the beginning of 2022 I worked in the college recruiting part of the organization to have the single highest year of software developers joining our company.

I led the software development team for our LED Drivers and Ballasts for over 2 years. This included a brand new hardware and software architecture for our 0.1% Hi-Lume Premiere LED Drivers. I led a team across multiple offices (along with developers located in India at the time). I was responsible for bringing in C++ into our LED Driver platform (first time for an low-level embedded project at Lutron). This enabled us to avoid many common pitfalls, avoiding common bugs, and enabling future projects at Lutron to learn from our experiences using C++ features that avoid dynamic-memory allocation.

As an Embedded Engineer for Lutron's Ballast and Drivers Department I help with the design and implementation of the software for several products. We balance software complexity with hardware design to bring a cost-effective solution to our customers.

This is a mail-order company that makes many books on different subjects (like Venture Capital, Foods, Medical, etc...). I would research listings online and update the information as needed.
