Current• Source contract, contract-to-perm, and direct hire positions for Fortune 500 clients.• Use cold-calling, industry networking, career sites, resume database, and employee referrals to source top talent.• Reach out to account managers and client employees to determine the most important qualifications and background for openings in order to recruit more efficiently.• Use quality control screening process to identify the best candidate based on skill set relativity, compensation, location/commute, employment status, work authorization, education, and technically required qualifications.• Duties include screening resume submissions, setting up initial phone interviews, conducting phone interviews, setting up second and third round interviews with appropriate department heads, extending employment offers, conducting background checks and arranging drug tests.• Experienced with the Boolean search method, Monster, Careerbuilder, ZipRecruiter, Linkedin, Twitter, cold-calling, talent acquisition, social networking, screening, pipeline, applicant tracking system, and ATS.
