Rob Stevens is the Vice President of Shields Construction Company, a general contracting/construction management firm based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. With over 40 years of construction experience – 35 years with Shields – Rob is a respected leader in the commercial construction industry. His expertise in both the preconstruction and construction phases of a building project provides a robust and positive customer experience for his construction clients. Throughout his construction career, Rob has been responsible for a project’s initial conceptual estimating and schedule creation as well as maintaining the cost control and quality assurance throughout the construction phase. In addition, his keen focus on and concern for a project’s safety has led him to also serve Shields Construction in the capacity of the company’s Safety Director.Above all, it is Rob’s skill at building high-performance teams composed not only of Shields employees but also client representatives and trade partners that has allowed him to excel at project delivery while providing quality results for all stakeholders.
