Bob Stevenson is the president of Whitecrest Consulting Inc., a Toronto, Ontario, Canada based firm specializing in asset management and supply chain improvements for a wide variety of clients.Within this context, he specializes in the area of asset reliability and maintenance improvements in the oil, gas, chemical steel and mining industries. Numbered among Bob’s work and accomplishments is the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, predictive and preventive maintenance (PM/PD) system development and implementation, computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) selection and implementation and total productive maintenance (TPM) system design and implementation.Bob is also a passionate advocate front line leadership development with extensive capabilities to help clients improve their performance where it counts, at the front line.Mr. Stevenson has over 39 years in industry. He is a former Manager of Maintenance and Construction at a Canadian Refinery where he managed a large professional and non-professional staff as well as a multi-trade skilled workforce. He has also been the Vice-President - Industrial Division for a leading Canadian consulting engineering firm. Here, he managed a professional engineering staff and has overseen the design of numerous industrial facilities in the automotive, mining, food & beverage and general manufacturing sectors. In this role he was also responsible for the work of a management consulting division, which specialized in “Lean” manufacturing improvements in the industrial sector and a warehousing and distribution consulting practice.Mr. Stevenson is an active member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO), the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CAMC) as well as the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC).
