Involved in U.S. Army and Air Force Project FMQ23, a weather-monitoring system installed globally at various air fields identified by U.S. DoD. Responsibilities included bid package preparation, locating contractors, sending bid packages, pricing out rental equipment, contractor selection, and contract award. Conducted site visits to oversee project during the ground/civil works installation. Participated in the building of the system at remote locations, including plan reading, soldering, wiring, and programming.
