I was elected to a four year term in November 1972 and re-elected for the fourth in November 1984. In October I resigned to join the Law firm of Wolfe, Kirchenbaum & Mosley in Cocoa Beach as chief trial attorney. I have served as City Prosecutor and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Fort Pierce, Assistant Public Defender for the 19th Circuit and Assistant State Attorney for the 19th Circuit prior to being elected StateAttorney. I had the privilege of being legal advisor to the 5th and 6th Statewide Grand Juries. The only attorney asked to serve twice. I was a member of the Governor"s Council on Organized Crime for both Governors Askew and Graham. Recognized by Governor Askew as being the main reason Rico became law in the State of Florida. I served twice as President of the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association.
