I handle all levels of complaint, stage 1, Stage 2, CCWater, Ofwat, Director level and WATRs cases. I manage my own work/caseload and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the correct outcome for the company and the customer.I carry out additional tasks to support team leaders, new and existing members of the team as well as other teams around the business including the YW legal team.I also carry out my own analysis of cases to look for patterns as to why cases escalate and suggest ways to prevent further escalation in the future and improve the level of service given to our customers.
