Fulfilling various roles within the business at different times as needed (Business Development Director, Commercial Manager, Major Account Manager) helped drive Imerja's penetration into new and existing markets that transformed it into one of the UK's leading specialist network and security managed service providers, including formulating a value add channel sales strategy to sit alongside a direct touch strategy that became a cornerstone of Imerja’s success. An early exponent of robust sales processes, helping to evolve, refine and mature Imerja’s sales and service propositions, managing some of Imerja’s largest and most challenging customer accounts, and helping to instill an attitude of excellence across the business that elevated Imerja among its competitors to become a UK award winning SME. Imerja was acquired by Intercity Technology in 2015.

A longstanding client of Wave Management Limited, joining Satelcom opened up greater opportunities to be immersed into network and security MSP specialisation. Responsibilities intersected all aspects of the business, management of high value, high profile LAN, WAN, converged network, and security projects. Satelcom was acquired by Logicalis UK in 2004.
