I have 300 hours experience as an apprentice at a small brewery with a 3 bbl system.Chef Specialties: Southwestern Cuisine is my specialty. I lived and worked in Santa Fe New Mexico for 10 years at various restaurants including the Coyote Cafe, Santa Cafe, Rancho Encantado, Hotel Santa Fe, and La Fonda Hotel.I am an outdoor lover and have worked in some great resort areas of the country including Santa Fe New Mexico, The Grand Canyon, Arizona and Yosemite National Park, California.
