I employ a variety of systematic research methods derived from both Cognitive Systems Engineering and Design Research to accomplish these aims. I investigate, identify, document and advocate for the end user’s needs throughout the planning, design and development process of both digital and physical products. My primary responsiblity is to ensure that the product delivered is useful, usable and desirable to the end user. I am passionate about my work.

I have been on teams responsible for submitting 33 disclosures in less than three years, with approximately one-quarter resulting in intellectual property for NCH.
